Biography
Ms Stella is currently a Chemistry teacher in one of the established private secondary school in Malaysia. She was a Biology lecturer in Taylor’s University for South Australian Matriculation with more than 3 years of teaching experiences. Prior to her academic appointment, Ms Stella has two years of professional experience in the research field at the Plant Biotechnology Research Laboratory of University Malaya (UM) – Sime Darby. Previously, she has earned her Bachelor Degree in Science at University of Malaya, where she majored in Biotechnology.
Apart from her strong academic and professional credentials, Ms Stella is perceived as an emphatic mentor to her students. Her focus is more concentrated on nurturing the learning process rather than just improving performances alone. She presents herself as an accessible teacher so that her students are able to seek for guidance without any doubt or anxiety. She teaches with much clarity by using analogies and metaphors to make the materials comprehensible and memorable at the same time. Her creative and analytic approaches in conducting her classes has made her a favourite to many students.

- I would say that Miss Stella is the best teacher ever. She’s very very deidicated to her job. Definitely having passion for teaching us biology. I really do respect her. She is very clear of what she’s teaching. Besides that she also shares extra information with us about biology outside our syllabus to improve our interest on biology. Very forgiving teacher and she’s fair to all students.
- The teacher is good in explaining in her own way that all the students can understand and remember. Her consultations were helpful in clearning all the doubt in the heads.Her lessons are very good. She ensures the entire class understands her lesson. She is always available for consultations and provides us proper materials that are useful for our lesson. She also makes her lesson interesting by sharing videos related to the topic to ease the understading process. Besides that, she is very organised and prepared whenever she comes in our class for lessons. She also is always available to aid us in any problems that we envounter. Overall, she is a helpful lecturer and provides clear explanations.
- Miss Stella gives interesting information about the topic that she is conducting. Her way of teaching is also
interesting and can attracts the students attention. I hope that teacher can put more notes in the slides.
